EAGLE RIDGE GREEN
Eagle Ridge Green is a 142 acre, year round recreational development located 90 minutes west of Halifax NS on Lower Sixty Lake. The 47-lot development in pristine wilderness, surrounded by thousands of acres of crown land, sold out in 2015.
New owners are now building their cabins and homes.
Lower Sixty Lake is at the headwaters of the LaHave River, near East Dalhousie between New Germany and New Ross.
EAST LAKE and SHANNON LAKE LOTS
We developed five 25-acre lakefront lots on East Lake, and four on Shannon Lake, Annapolis Co., Nova Scotia.
East Lake sold out in 2018. Shannon Lake sold out in 2022.
